About Us

Fanny Sacks, D.C., L.Ac. has been a chiropractor for 30 years. In 2012, she completed Infinite Light Yoga Center’s 200-hour yoga training program, and then went on to complete a Masters of Science in acupuncture at the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in Seneca Falls, NY. While in school, she travelled to China for an internship at Zhejiang Traditional Medicine Hospital in the province of Huang Zhou where she observed community style acupuncture as the standard way of treating patients.
Fanny believes in a holistic approach to health. She strives to educate and empower her patients through diet, exercise and lifestyle modifications so that they can have an active role in enhancing their quality of life. In her treatments, she will address the mind, body, and spirit in order to improve the overall health and well being of her patients. Her professional interests include the treatment of chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, digestive complaints, women’s health and anxiety. She is also certified in facial acupuncture for facial rejuvenation that reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Fanny loves spending time with her daughter Ellie and her grandson Miles, enjoys gardening, exercising, and making pottery. An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys wildlife, particularly bird watching, as well as hiking, kayaking and snow shoeing and any activity outdoors.
She currently lives in Norwich NY.
